Troubleshooting Basics:
Before contacting Tech Support, be sure to try these basic tips:
- Make sure you have fresh batteries in your guitar.- Ensure that the YRG's neck and body are properly connected. Remove the neck by sliding the tab on the back of the guitar towards the control panel. Holding the tab in place, pull the neck and body in opposite directions. Reattach them by aligning the neck with the grooves in the body, and pressing them together firmly. You should hear a click as the tab on the back of the body slides into place.
